When You Look Long Enough

Description

My work explores what slowly becomes visible through time and the refusal to look away.

Through long-term photographic projects moving between portraiture, body and movement, I am drawn to mo-ments in which certainty begins to soften and presence becomes subtly unstable.

Using time, stillness and non-intervention as structuring elements, I work with moments that remain unre-solved: gestures that do not fully arrive, movements that begin to lose clarity, and states that exist some-where between control and release.

Rather than constructing definitive representations, I am interested in images that remain open — moments in which something begins to shift, but does not fully settle.
